STRATEGY
The first step with any client is having a video call via Zoom. During this call, we discuss current goals and challenges in your business. You will be asked questions to determine how we can best support you in reaching what you desire most. It’s common that many business owners at some point feel a bit busy and overwhelmed. We will help you to cut through that chaos and identify what is really important so you can feel focused and productive. By the end of this call, we will have the information needed to develop a clear strategy so that we can move on to the next step.
SYSTEMS
Once I’ve had the call to determine the strategy to best support you, you will fill out our big picture clarity assessment. This gives us a high-level overview of the health of the business. It covers key systems of the business and reveals your strengths and weaknesses. The feedback received from clients after completing this is that many have areas of their business they never considered and gain real insight into what is lacking. For me, it quickly brings my attention to what systems need to be addressed first to support you in growing your business so you can reach your goals.
TEAM
When we refer to a team, we mean anyone working in your business. Even if it’s just you and a virtual assistant. And to be clear, no business owner should be doing it alone! Everyone eventually needs a virtual assistant; it’s just a matter of figuring out if it’s a project or task-based assistant or someone who works with you on a regular basis. I find one of the biggest challenges in growing a business is the client and VA not working together in an effective way. This involves online communication, expectations, and task management. Once we establish the strategy and systems needed, we will evaluate if you have the right team in place and what training they need to continue supporting you with the best service possible!
IMPLEMENTATION
Once we’ve had a call to establish the strategy, reviewed your big picture clarity assessment to identify key systems needed, and evaluated your team, we can then start to implement what needs to actually get done in the business. This part will look different depending on the needs of each business. This could mean coming up with a clear job description for your VA and figuring out what and how to delegate to them. Or if you need a business manager, then this will involve planning out projects and the business manager delegating to your team. Basically, this is where the rubber hits the road and stuff gets done! So not only will we identify what needs to happen but we help you to make sure it gets done!
